2024 Assyrtiko

Rarely seen outside of Greece, Assyrtiko thrives in our calcareous soils at Duas Terras Vineyard. The 2024 vintage is razor-sharp and structured, with electric acidity and a core of stone fruit, citrus, and crushed seashells. Aromas of lemon peel, wet slate, and chamomile unfold into flavors of grapefruit, quince, and a clean, flinty minerality. It’s a wine of precision and edge—bright, mouthwatering, and built to refresh. Pair it with grilled octopus, mezze, or anything with olive oil and sea salt.
