2021 Rosé of Grenache
Tasting notes
This stunning rose gold hued Rosé of Grenache is made 75% direct to press and 25% saignée method where it ages in stainless steel for around 6 months following. Beautiful acidity and crispness with lovely notes of under ripe strawberry, watermelon, citrus and salinity. Being only 12.7% alcohol, this Rosé is refreshing, easy to drink and pairs well with anything. The fruit and salinity allow this wine to pair well with a summer picnic enjoyed next to the ocean.

Fruit sourced from the Caliza and Jada vineyards aged six months in stainless steel (75% direct to press and 25% saignée method). The wine possesses a gold-tinged hue that barely reveals its rosiness. A breeze of sea salt minerality accompanied by star fruit, lemon verbena, and watermelon forms a first impression, leading to a streak of key lime pie and meringue on the finish.
